Here’s why I picked the house: The view from my backyard. The back of the extension will be all glass, I’ll have this view from my kitchen/dining room and an even better view from the deck. Yee ha! (at Inistioge)

My Ireland house. I tell people “it’s not fancy” and here’s proof. It’s a typical “two up two down” (two rooms on the ground floor, two on the first) terrace house with the kitchen/bathroom added into the back once the Irish decided indoor plumbing was something everyone deserved. Typical terrace house, ubiquitous in Ireland. I had both the floors renovated so they’re one big room each and we’re putting a ground floor extension in the back (dining room/bigger kitchen) with a party deck up on the roof of the extension. Hopefully it’ll be complete by the end of the summer. (at Inistioge)

But the side-to-bust construction is exact, and that’s pretty nuts because on my end, this particular construction was kind of unique, I had to fight with my pattern maker over it. Anyway, in this case, I’m flattered ha ha. Nobody’s gonna spend thousands on the Vogue dress when they can get mine for $140! <3
